I\u2019d like to talk to you about 3 Onsen<\/span> located in the City of Bangkok.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a person who sits in bathtub every day. Yes I love bathing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best one in Thailand, if you ask me, would be the one in Krabi that I wrote about the other day however,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

it is rather far away from Bangkok\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But do not be discouraged, there are 3 places that you can go now and enjoy the facility<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and the atmosphere of Japanese Onsen here in Bangkok!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have been to all the 3 Onsen myself and I go there quite frequently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, let me tell you about each one of them today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yunomori Onsen & Spa: A Comprehensive Review in Bangkok<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This is the one that taken people by storm to spread the Onsen boom here in Bangkok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They have 3 branches in Thailand and also a branch in Singapore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Thailand, one is located in A Square on Soi 26. The second one is on Sathorn Soi 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the third one is in Banglamung district in Pattaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take a step inside and you will see what you see in local Japanese onsen facility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Man and Women facility is separated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will get a locker key at the reception and I proceed to ladies bath facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After passing through the noren-curtain, you will come to changing area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Thailand do not have the culture to go into Onsen bath naked therefore you will receive disposable bathing wear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I, as a Japanese person, do not have the culture to take bath in a bathing wear, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I go in naked as all the people in Japan do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Thai friend that I was with at the time felt embarrassing to show her naked body to other people, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

she wore a bathing wear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The towels are to be used at free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We put our clothes in the locker and, onsen bath, here we come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This place has rather a smaller size locker compared to the other 2 facilities that <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am going to tell you later about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inside of the bathing facility area, there are place to wash your body, a bathtub, mist sauna, and dry sauna,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bathtub is filled with the natural onsen (hot-spring) water that came gushing out from<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat Wangkanai in Kanchanaburi province as well as a Soda bath and Jet bath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The temperature of the water is about 37\u2103 – 43<\/span>\u2103 and it differs depending on the bath you choose to bath in.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also take a walk outside where they have garden bath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also massage facility as well as a facility to have meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bathing fee is lower compared to other 2 facilities that I am going to talk about (adult 550B).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The price will be lower if you use promotion such as GoWabi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sukhumvit Soi 26 has a large parking area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Considerations Before Visiting Yunomori Onsen & Spa in Bangkok<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Locker is small and cannot stuff in too much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only 1 towel rental per person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As disposable bathing wears are worn, the water tend to get dirty due may be to hairs sticking on to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sathorn Soi 10 has a small parking area and can quickly get full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sukhumvit Soi 26 as well as Sathorn Soi 10 are far from BTS station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
