Today, let me talk about a French restaurant<\/span> that I often dine at.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its mouthwatering good place but I am not really willing to tell<\/p>\n\n\n\n

about this wonderful restaurant to too many people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why? \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s because when I come there to eat,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t put my makeups on,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and dressed as if I go just around the corner to fetch something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But ok my dear readers; it\u2019s your lucky day today!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They serve such a good foods and I think it is a sin not to tell you about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It happens to be very near to where we live and we go<\/p>\n\n\n\n

there at least once a week if not twice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even during the No-Dine-In time because of COVID, we ordered delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The restaurant carries \u201cCanteen & Deli\u201d with its name meaning<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actually, the foods are quite affordable for everyday use<\/p>\n\n\n\n

we tend to image the Palace of Versailles type of nobleman\u2019s dish however,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

if you ask me, I think this place is priced for daily use<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and foods that you would like to have every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flavoring is very simple but I think that the chef is quite particular<\/p>\n\n\n\n

tend to appeal the saltiness flavor of their food,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

but this restaurant uses the right amount of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

just to bring out the taste of the ingredient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have never been to France yet<\/p>\n\n\n\n

but through the wonderful dishes served here in Cagette,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can see what kind of season they are in right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grilled chicken served on Saturdays and Sundays. They have their special menu for day of the week. And there are many customers who come here for that.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We also have seasonal ingredients in Japan and just like in Japan,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWhite Shrimp\u201d is also in season in France around December period,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When white asparagus is imported to Thailand, we make it a rule to buy them. And we buy them a lot. We buy one kilo and finish them in 3 days<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

And most famous and favorite of all is the Sunday Brunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is so popular that you can\u2019t even make a reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
