where serves lunch good for our health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lunch is called \u201cFermented Lunch\u201d<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The name says it all,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This place is where they have the Enzyme Bath that I wrote about the other day.<\/p>\n\n\n

I lost my count how many lunches they have delivered to my home.<\/p>\n\n\n

Some time ago when I was having lunch here,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 ladies at the next table were saying to each other,<\/p>\n\n\n

Seasonings such as soy sauce, miso, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

salt koji (salt-marinated rice malt) are fermented foods that<\/p>\n\n\n\n

you can find in some supermarkets,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

but here in this place, the owner Kumi-san\u2019s homemade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I often see her making the salt koji at the corner of the shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She starts from the scratch, from the rice malt\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This cheese cake-ish cake is just at the right sweetness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What you see at the very front is a jam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A plum jam made from plums harvested in Chiang Mai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

You will be pleasantly surprised to know that<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the sourness of the plum goes very well with the \u201ccheese cake\u201d, yummy yummy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I come here for Enzyme Bath, which is mostly on Saturday afternoons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

And what I always do is, have tasty Fermented Lunch before my Enzyme Bath<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and after I finished my bath, have the \u201ccheese cake\u201d to make my weekends happier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lunch is no way a small portion but strange enough,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I feel hungry again when the dinner time approaches\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I chew food well, very well just like what my mom always told me to,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

but probably the lunch is light and easy to digest as it is made from fermented foods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take nice and relaxing Enzyme bath and have delicious Fermented Lunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am trying hard (?) he he he\u2026 to keep myself healthy from both inside and outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think that the lunch alone is worth you trying. (but don\u2019t forget to reserve)<\/p>\n\n\n
