because I’m not particularly fond of All-You-Can-Eat style dining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today I had the opportunity to enjoy the Sunday brunch <\/p>\n\n\n\n

at the Stock.Room restaurant on the 5th floor <\/p>\n\n\n\n

of the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok Hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Today’s Sunday Brunch features a Latin-themed buffet,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 “El Sabor de Kimpton Brunch,”<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

with a diverse menu inspired by a variety of cuisines,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

including Argentine grilled meats, Peruvian fusion,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mexican, Caribbean and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

there is an arrangement of various types of flowers and amethysts,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s really hard to believe that you can find such an atmosphere in the heart of Bangkok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

you’ll find the a la carte menu, which you can order at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

highlighting the restaurant’s culinary specialties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The a la carte menu I chose had two items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The dish I chose is from the category of Argentine grilled meats<\/p>\n\n\n\n

called “Asados Argentinos fillete de falde”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s a steak, specifically a vac\u00edo cut,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

that’s grilled over low heat and then diced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meat is cooked to medium rare with a pinkish center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s incredibly tender and bursts with the full flavor of the beef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This dish is served with chimichurri sauce,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a South American sauce made with finely chopped parsley,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

garlic, olive oil, oregano, and a touch of red wine vinegar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s known for its tangy, herbaceous flavor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

that perfectly complements the grilled meat and is absolutely delicious!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The next dish I ordered is “Langosta Al Pastor”,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

which is fresh lobster slow roasted with a mix of dry Mexican chiles,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ancho, guajillo, morita chile, negra salsa,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and smoked grilled pineapple slices, all served with tortillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This dish was my favorite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The combination of the rich Mexican spices,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the incredibly tender lobster, and the smoky grilled pineapple slices<\/p>\n\n\n\n

creates a burst of delicious flavors on the palate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s truly a culinary sensation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try the other items on the menu<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 because it would take too long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I get another chance, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I guarantee I will try every item on the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, I’d like to take you all on a journey to explore the various menu items<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the hotel has prepared for us to enjoy,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in addition to the a la carte menu I mentioned earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I must say that there is a wide variety of self-service menu items available,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ranging from appetizers to main courses, desserts, bakery items,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s a truly delightful and reasonably priced experience!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The food offerings are divided into five zones,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and I’m going to take you to the first zone,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

which is ARGENTINE ASADO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Argentina, meat is a way of life and the country<\/p>\n\n\n\n

has a long tradition of being a meat lover’s paradise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Argentina is known for its high quality grass-fed beef<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and has a special reputation as one of the world’s leading beef producing nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

With the tantalizing aroma of slow-cooked parrilla (grilled) meats<\/p>\n\n\n\n

paired with chimichurri herb sauce,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Argentine open-fire cooking is considered<\/p>\n\n\n\n

one of the most sublime grilling methods in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 in its culinary history was the significant migration of Italians to Argentina<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in the early 20th century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this time, Italian food became an integral part of Argentine cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nikkei cuisine is a fusion that<\/p>\n\n\n\n

seamlessly blends the culinary traditions of Peru and Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It combines the delicate and imaginative aspects of Japanese cuisine with the bold, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

lively and spicy flavors of Peru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The beautiful Caribbean region includes many island nations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, Caribbean cuisine also has its own regional specialties,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

consisting of locally grown or harvested ingredients found throughout the islands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

it’s no wonder you will enjoy this zone so much.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is certainly a seafood lover’s paradise!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s a must-try experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving on to the final zone, the Mexican Cuisine zone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mexico is home to some of the richest restaurants in the world,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and Mexican cuisine is one of the most popular in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It combines ancient techniques with a fusion of local ingredients and European influences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With its vibrant colors and diverse flavors,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mexican food is known for its outstanding taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 It ranges from complex dishes to simple but beautifully presented meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I can guarantee that the Mexican cuisine here is absolutely outstanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, I will take you to the dessert area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I must say, the desserts here are absolutely delicious,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

like being in a dessert lover’s paradise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a chocolate room, an ice cream zone,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

sorbets and crepes that you should not miss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, I will introduce a beverage zone that everyone should not overlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drinks here include soft drinks and alcoholic drinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beverages include fruit juices, a variety of soft drinks,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

fermented teas, and sodas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
