The restaurants in Bangkok are allowed to restart their business again however, <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

they are not allowed to sell alcohols yet and the number of customer <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

returning is not as much as what it used to be.  \u202f\u202f\u202f <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But on the other hand, the number of food delivery saw some rapid growth and together with such, <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

a new trend of chef\u2019s house-call service is also emerging.    <\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I do like to eat at home but, just like many people out there, <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am beginning to feel a bit tired of the situation <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and wanted to bring some changes into our routine like eat at home custom and, <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

one day during my Facebook activity <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

there was an ad about Sushi Juban\u2018s \u201cHome Omakase\u201d<\/span> on my screen <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve decided to order without a hesitation.    <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It seems that the \u201cOmakase\u201d is now becoming a boom here in Bangkok. <\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also find quite a lot of ad on Face<\/span><\/span>book<\/span> as well as on Instagram<\/span> about<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOMAKASE course\u201d<\/span> not only limited to Japanese food restaurants <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

but other types of food restaurants as well. \u202f\u202f\u202f <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I really wanted to make changes to our routine like dinner atmosphere <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and asked ITA-SAN (chef) from <\/span>Sushi Juban<\/span> to come to our home to prepare dinner for us.     <\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, since we are asking the chef to come over to our home to show-off his skill, <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

we didn\u2019t want to ask him just to prepare something that <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

even my hubby or I can prepare and thus ask him to serve us <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

the <\/span>Omakase Kobayashi Premium<\/span> with his skilled hands.   \u202f\u202f\u202f <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 small dishes and 9 kinds of Sushi and Miso-soup followed by the dessert.  <\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Kobayashi, the Sushi chef, will prepare the food in front of our eyes. <\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not only are the ingredients but also the chopsticks <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

and plates are brought to our home from the restaurant as well.  \u202f\u202f\u202f <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The only things I had to arrange were the alcohols and placemats.<\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the chef is preparing our food in front of our eyes, <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

he is controlling his cooking speed according to our eating pace.\u202f\u202f\u202f <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We, my hubby and I, always enjoy it very much <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

having our foods at counter seat watching the chef preparing dishes. \u202f\u202f\u202f <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

in such a close distance is almost like watching a show. It\u2019s an entertainment. <\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are dining at our own home but it feels quite different from the home dining that we know\u2026  <\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is already a good fun just looking at the plate that he took with him. <\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I personally liked this \u201cFried Rice Noodle with Abalone & Liver\u201d very much. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is something that I\u2019ve never had in any other restaurants.<\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can only hear such kind of talk from chef <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sashimi was wonderful which I had with a glass of white wine. <\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sesame Tofu had such a delicate sweet taste that spreads in mouth with sesame aroma, <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ok, so how is the Sushi\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They were 9 pieces in total but I must apologize that <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

we were enjoying them so very much that I forgot to make photos.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well\u2026 that gives you another reason to visit the restaurant.   <\/span> \u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Sushi from <\/span>Sushi Juban<\/span> is using \u201cRed Vinegar\u201d<\/span> and therefore the Sushi rice is brownish color. <\/span>\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t know any Sushi restaurants here in Bangkok that are using red vinegar. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOmakase\u201d<\/span> is available by house-call service <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

but we were told that it is also served in the restaurant <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

so we are planning to have it there in the restaurant in near future.   <\/span>\u202f\u202f\u202f<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
