Ingredients (example):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basically, any ingredients are fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s okay to use only 2 types of ingredients as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cooking steps:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-icon_pen\">Step 1. Preparing dashi soup stock:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-icon_info\">full-fledged version<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fill a pot with water, add the kobu kelp and let it sit for about 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove the kelp just before turning on the high heat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just before it boils, add the bonito flakes, turn off the heat, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>let it sit for about 5 minutes, and strain it through a colander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This method is tedious to do at home, so I only do it
