and we took a trip to Samui Island to celebrate the occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We totally forgot that we are now in the rainy season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Determining the Best Time to Visit Samui Island, Thailand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Bangkok has Hot season (March – April)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rainy season (early May \u2013 late October), and the Dry season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Samui island is located in south of Bangkok<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and therefore the season differs a bit from that of in Bangkok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dry season:  February \u2013 September (and March \u2013 April is the most hottest)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rainy season:  October \u2013 January (and November \u2013 December has the most rainfall)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s how the god has divided the season for Thais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best visiting season, among the tourists, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

to visit Samui is said to be February \u2013 September<\/span>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

i.e. the Dry season and especially February is the month <\/p>\n\n\n\n

that has less rainfalls compared to other months<\/p>\n\n\n\n

and the temperature is not too high which makes the life on the island quite comfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The island gets tourist both from domestic and abroad in July \u2013 September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rainy season does not have rainfall all day long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

There is squall in the morning and in the evening however, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

there can be some exceptional days in November \u2013 December,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

in the middle of the rainy season when it can rain all day all night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, we went to Samui in the middle of rainy season where the blue sky never showed up <\/p>\n\n\n\n

but it was very cool and comfortable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the morning and the evening were somewhat cool, or cold shall I say,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

which I think that the rainy season offers a rather comfortable stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
