Mediterranean Bruschetta

The Mediterranean Bruschetta offers a variety of fresh ingredients from the Mediterranean region on crispy bruschetta bread, with three interesting flavors:

  • Rocket, Pickles, Goat Cheese: This combination brings a refreshing and slightly spicy flavor from the rocket and rich goat cheese, balanced by the crunchiness of the bread and the tanginess of the pickles, resulting in a diverse and well-rounded taste.
  • Tomato, Basil, Feta Cheese: A classic Mediterranean mix, the fresh tomatoes and basil provide a sweet and tangy freshness, complemented by the mildly salty taste of feta cheese, making it an excellent appetizer.
