Today, I had the opportunity to visit Emsphere, a newly opened shopping mall in the heart of the Phrom Phong area in Bangkok. My destination today was the restaurant Mami Rosé, which has a tropical vibe reminiscent of Miami in the 80s, located on the 5th floor.

You can request the desired level of doneness, and this time I opted for Medium Rare, resulting in tender lamb. Paired with the sauce and the bell peppers, the flavors were perfectly balanced, not overwhelming, and enjoyable to the last bite.
